Lacy Loyd is a Territory Sales Manager with Penco Restoration, specializing in helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, storm, and mold damage. She is passionate about guiding clients through challenging situations with clarity, consistency, and care, ensuring they feel supported from the first call through project completion.

Lacy is known for building strong relationships within her community and is an active member of PowerCore, where she focuses on creating meaningful referral partnerships. She is especially dedicated to supporting property managers, senior living communities, and insurance professionals by providing resources like Emergency Response Planning to help them stay prepared before disaster strikes.

A graduate of Leadership Coweta, Lacy also serves on the board of Clothes Less Traveled. Outside of work, she enjoys singing at church and serving alongside her family.
